infarto, mi m\u00e9dico me recet\u00f3 clopidogrel para prevenir co\u00e1gulos en mi coraz\u00f3n. Al principio, estaba un poco asustada por los posibles efectos secundarios, pero mi m\u00e9dico me asegur\u00f3 que la mayor\u00eda de los pacientes no tienen problemas graves. Decid\u00ed confiar en \u00e9l y seguir su consejo.<\/p>\n<p>El clopidogrel me ayud\u00f3 a sentirme m\u00e1s segura y protegida de futuros problemas card\u00edacos. Sin embargo, despu\u00e9s de un tiempo, empec\u00e9 a experimentar algunos efectos secundarios como moretones y sangrado nasal. Habl\u00e9 con mi m\u00e9dico y ajustamos la dosis para minimizar esos efectos secundarios.<\/p>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de un a\u00f1o, mi m\u00e9dico me dijo que estaba lista para dejar de tomar clopidogrel. En general, se recomienda tomarlo por un per\u00edodo de tiempo determinado, despu\u00e9s del cual se puede evaluar si el paciente sigue necesitando el medicamento o si puede dejarlo.<\/p>\n<p>Por ejemplo, en pacientes que han sufrido un infarto, se recomienda tomar clopidogrel durante al menos un a\u00f1o despu\u00e9s del evento. En pacientes que han sido sometidos a una angioplastia, se recomienda tomarlo durante al menos un mes. En pacientes con s\u00edndrome coronario agudo, se recomienda tomarlo durante al menos seis meses.<\/p>\n<p>Es importante seguir las recomendaciones del m\u00e9dico y no dejar de tomar el clopidogrel sin su aprobaci\u00f3n.
